3 Steps to Success
1. Connect
Join the RISE Grassroots Network to have access to resources, materials, and trainings. Share the information and updates with colleagues or at associations you’re involved in.
2. Plan
Convene with others – at RISE, in your company, or in your community – and identify your key audiences and messages. Use the Grassroots Network materials to target your advocacy.
3. Act
When a bill is raised in your city, county, state, or Washington, DC, attend a public meeting or hearing, write a letter or make a phone call, and respectfully voice your position. Remember, decisions are made by those who show up!
